DISCOVERY: Sufism & Science Series – Darya Gallery, Karachi (Nov’23-Jan’24)

While Sufism and Science represent distinct human endeavors, with their own methods and objectives, they both share a deep commitment to the pursuit of truth and the exploration of the mysteries of existence. In this collaboration, visual artist Sameeta Ahmed and new media artist Naveed A. Waghani explore the common themes of these two traditions of human knowledge. This work involves experimentation with New and Digital Media Art, including with images of the universe captured by the Webb and Hubble telescopes, as well as other state-of-the-art scientific instruments.
